Job Description
The Senior Sales Executive at The Makeover Guys will provide consultations on interior makeover and advice on maximizing property returns. The role involves establishing and cultivating relationships with homeowners and providing strategic solutions for their properties. This position entails educating homeowners on the importance of makeovers, understanding client needs and lifestyles, and preparing space planning, cost estimates, and quotations. The executive will also perform area analysis, study industry trends, and work closely with the Interior Designer and Project Manager in a hybrid work arrangement.
Job Requirements
Client servicing experience preferred.
Background or interest in interior design/styling, home furnishing, and property/real estate.
Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
Results-driven and high level of accountability.
Great time management skills.
