The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive is responsible for providing consultations on interior makeovers and advising homeowners on maximizing property returns. This role involves building relationships with clients and delivering strategic solutions tailored to their needs and lifestyles.
Job Description
In this position, the Sales Executive will engage with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of interior makeovers while collaborating closely with the Interior Designer and Project Manager in a hybrid work environment. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultations on interior makeovers to homeowners.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with clients.
- Educate clients on the importance of property makeovers.
- Prepare space planning, cost estimates, and quotations.
- Conduct area analysis and study industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Interior Designer and Project Manager.
- Deliver strategic solutions based on client needs and lifestyles.
Job Requirements
Client servicing experience preferred.
Background or interest in interior design/styling, home furnishing, and property/real estate.
Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
Results-driven with a high level of accountability.
Excellent time management skills.
