This is a hybrid role working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and team members.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or business management.
Experience in interior design, architecture, renovation, or property-related industries is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proven ability to manage revenue targets, project margins, and cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with strategic decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
