As a Sales Lead (Aircon) at PRISM+ Malaysia, you will manage corporate customer inquiries related to air conditioning products, ensuring timely and professional responses. You will oversee transactions from order to fulfillment, actively seek new corporate clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Reporting to the Country Director, you will prepare reports on sales performance and customer payment history, contributing to the overall growth of the corporate sales channel.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the air conditioning or electronics industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Excellent customer service orientation
Proficiency in preparing sales reports and performance analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
