Job Description
Glodon Software Sdn. Bhd. is a global leader in digital construction solutions, founded in 1998. We operate 8 R&D centers and over 80 subsidiaries, serving more than 390,000 enterprise customers across 100+ countries. As a Sales-Management Trainee, you will assist the sales team in the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, cold calling, proposal preparation, and deal follow-ups. You will also help coordinate client meetings, product demos, and maintain CRM systems with accurate customer data.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills in English.
Literacy in other languages (Malay & Mandarin) is an advantage.
Strong work ethic: team-oriented, independent, fast learner, highly energetic, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
