The manager also supports sales activities, understands market trends and customer needs to maximize revenue, and provides exceptional customer service consistent with company standards.
Education includes either a 2-year degree with 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience or a 4-year bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and target customer information.
Skills in managing and executing sales calls, proposals, contract writing, and customer correspondence.
Capability to collaborate with sales teams and off-property channels.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting company service standards.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills appropriate for sales management.
