
The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales targets and business objectives. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships in a competitive environment.
In this role, the Sales Manager will engage in daily activities that include driving sales initiatives and resolving customer issues. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with the sales team and interaction with clients to foster growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in selling physical goods.
At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Experience in industrial product sales or FMCG will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
