This role involves supporting the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships. Job Description
The role involves supporting the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales targets and business objectives. The candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, resolve customer issues related to product quality, delivery, or service, assist with branch operational matters, and drive growth in both existing export markets and new international opportunities.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in selling physical goods.
At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Experience in industrial product sales or FMCG will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
