Account Executive at Dominant Enterprise Berhad - Johor

The Account Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting transactions and ensuring accurate financial records. This role plays a crucial part in supporting month-end closing activities and maintaining the integrity of financial data within the organization.

The Account Executive will engage in daily accounting tasks, including data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments, within a dynamic work environment. This position requires attention to detail and collaboration with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions including data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare sales invoices and payment vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support month-end closing activities and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents.
• Assist with SST submissions, audit schedules, and tax documentation.
• Undertake ad hoc administrative or finance-related tasks as assigned.
