
The Account Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting transactions and ensuring accurate financial records. This role plays a crucial part in supporting month-end closing activities and maintaining the integrity of financial data within the organization.
The Account Executive will engage in daily accounting tasks, including data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments, within a dynamic work environment. This position requires attention to detail and collaboration with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount).
Knowledge of SST regulations and E-Invoicing is an added advantage.
Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination across departments.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
