Role Summary

The Sales Manager (KL Based) is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities to ensure timely and proper service delivery. This role focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and personal sales goals.

Job Description

The Sales Manager will lead day-to-day sales activities in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various sales channels and developing relationships with customers and the community. This position requires a proactive approach to managing sales calls and contracts while understanding market trends to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities.
  • Lead day-to-day sales activities to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Manage sales calls and contracts effectively.
  • Understand market trends, competitors, and economic conditions.
  • Execute operational aspects of booked business including proposal generation and contract writing.

Job Requirements

A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing; OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in these fields with 1 year of experience.

Ability to work collaboratively with off-property sales channels.

Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Capability to participate in sales calls to acquire new business.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
