
The Sales Manager (KL Based) is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities to ensure timely and proper service delivery. This role focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and personal sales goals.
The Sales Manager will lead day-to-day sales activities in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various sales channels and developing relationships with customers and the community. This position requires a proactive approach to managing sales calls and contracts while understanding market trends to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing; OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in these fields with 1 year of experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with off-property sales channels.
Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Capability to participate in sales calls to acquire new business.
