Job Description

As a Sales Manager for the Mortgage division, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include coaching your team and monitoring their performance in a dynamic banking environment. You will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve mortgage sales targets.
  • Lead and coach a team of mortgage sales executives to enhance their performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales.

At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
