
The Sales Manager will lead the personal financing team to achieve sales targets and enhance product performance. This role requires strategic planning, team motivation, and compliance oversight to ensure the bank's objectives are met.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the bank's personal financing and personal financing-i products. Your role includes developing and managing business plans, ensuring sales targets are met, motivating sales personnel, and ensuring compliance with bank policies. You will also be involved in recruitment and retention of staff, and cross-selling other retail banking products.
Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in the banking or financial services industry
Strong understanding of personal financing and personal financing-i products and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal
