Education and experience equivalent to either a 2-year degree with 3 years sales experience or a 4-year degree with 1 year sales experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related fields.
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
Skills to collaborate with off-property sales channels and manage sales activities including proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and target customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting the company’s service and relationship strategy.
Capacity to learn and apply understanding of the location’s primary target customers and service expectations.
Capability to perform sales calls and participate in sales team efforts to acquire and close business.
