The manager works collaboratively with off-property sales channels, builds relationships within the community and with key stakeholders, participates in sales calls, and supports operational aspects of booked business.
Must have a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in the same fields with 1 year of experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
Should possess skills to build and strengthen customer relationships and work collaboratively with sales channels.
Must be able to understand market trends, competitors, and customer service expectations to maximize revenue.
Able to support and execute customer service standards and deliver service excellence.
Requires effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and provide proper service delivery.
