The administrator also manages data entry and verification related to commissions and leads, answers guest inquiries, serves as a point of contact for clients, and upholds company policies, standards, and confidentiality. This position requires effective communication, positive relationship building, and compliance with quality assurance standards.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
