The Sales Planning Analyst role is to support the retail and commercial business through performance tracking, demand forecast and analysis. The analyst will work closely with sales, supply, distribution and finance to deliver data driven insights aligned with operational realities. Responsibilities include tracking sales performance, developing demand forecasts, and conducting market analysis to optimize sales margins.
Degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business preferable with CGPA minimum 3.50 or equivalent
Minimum 0-3 years' experience, fresh graduates welcome
Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Support volume bridging and sales economics analysis
Participate in cross-functional alignments
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
