In this position, you will engage in daily sales activities while also fulfilling driving responsibilities as needed. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires adherence to company policies and a focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service the assigned sales line regularly.
- Ensure prompt collection of payments.
- Maintain handheld and printer devices.
- Submit stock requests timely.
- Arrange loads for delivery.
- Conduct customer visits and manage sales transactions.
- Replace the driver when necessary and adhere to driving rules.
- Report any incidents promptly.
- Address customer complaints within 24 hours.
Job Requirements
Preferably completed at least SPM or equivalent.
