
The Sales Support Specialist (Freshers) is responsible for preparing quotes for customer software requirements and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure a positive customer experience. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the sales process and ensuring efficient processing and delivery of requests.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities such as processing orders, managing client relationships, and advising on licensing. You will act as a central point of contact to support sales process improvements and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Graduate or postgraduate degree.
0 to 1 year of professional IT sales experience.
Proficient in English and Malay.
Good critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management.
