Role Summary
The SAP Functional Specialist is responsible for serving as the SAP S/4 Functional Subject Matter Expert and Business Analyst for the Finance IT division. This role involves designing and developing process/system solutions across multiple business domains while collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams.

In this role, the candidate will engage in day-to-day activities that include leading SAP initiatives and managing change requests. The work environment is collaborative, requiring interaction with various stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective solutions are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all SAP initiatives and govern SAP architecture/services.
- Manage change requests, issues, and related projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Develop process/system solutions across multiple business domains.
- Ensure integration of SAP modules (MM, PS, EWM, REFX) effectively.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions in the Finance IT division.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and methodologies.
Job Requirements
Strong SAP expertise in MM, PS, EWM, REFX with 5+ years’ experience and SAP S/4HANA.
Deep understanding of MM processes (procure-to-pay, inventory) and integration with PS, PM, FI.
Hands-on SAP implementation experience in design and solution architecture for MM/Logistics Execution.
Working knowledge of PS module lifecycle (project structure, budgeting, procurement).
Familiarity with SAP ABAP and integrations (SFTP, Webservices, Idocs, EDI, API).
Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
