The SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Central Key User / Business Analyst will coordinate planning, execution, and evaluation of processes for stakeholder requests, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the APAC region. This role involves driving cross-functional collaboration to align regional needs with global standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows within the ERP environment, and managing SAP authorization and role assignments to comply with audit requirements.

In addition, the successful candidate will participate in change and demand management by specifying and approving demand requests, conducting testing and validation of system enhancements, and consulting with stakeholders to ensure compliance with global standards. The role also includes organizing training sessions for key users, maintaining alignment with other SAP modules, and participating in international key user meetings to foster collaboration and standardization.
