Job Description

As a Security Attendant at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu, you will be responsible for patrolling property areas, monitoring security systems like CCTV and alarms, and conducting physical hazard inspections. You will respond to accidents, provide first aid or CPR when necessary, and assist guests and employees during emergencies. The role involves documenting incidents, resolving safety hazards, and maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality while ensuring the safety of all assets and individuals on the property.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire shift.

Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs independently.

Strong communication skills to speak clearly and prepare written reports.

Proficiency in using computers or point-of-sale systems for data entry.

Willingness to undergo safety training and obtain necessary certifications.

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow company policies.
