
The Security Management & Building Facilities is responsible for managing nationwide physical security operations for technology buildings. This role is crucial for safeguarding assets and infrastructure while shaping the future of security operations across the company.
In this role, you will oversee guards, assets, equipment, vendors, and security systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. You will drive security strategy, implement digital initiatives, conduct audits and site visits, and act as the key liaison with authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in physical security, facility security, or security operations.
Strong knowledge of physical security systems and security technology.
Proven experience managing security vendors and operational audits.
Familiarity with government regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
