
The Senior Account Executive at Unseen Matters is responsible for reactivating dormant client accounts, managing client communications, preparing proposals and invoices, and driving account revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building.
→Reactivate dormant client accounts through proactive outreach, relationship rebuilding, and well-timed proposals →Serve as the single point of contact for your assigned client portfolio — from first conversation through to delivery →Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices for your own accounts →Get the brief right — understand event, timeline, budget, quantity, audience, and purpose before anything else →Translate internal production updates into proactive, clear communication to clients — they should never have to chase you →Grow account revenue through repeat orders, upselling, and seasonal outreach →Track outstanding payments and follow up persistently →Maintain your pipeline in our CRM daily and submit a weekly deal report to the founder →Assist the founder on high-value pitches and client presentations
