Job Description
In this dynamic role, you will engage with clients daily, reactivating dormant accounts and maintaining strong relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactivate dormant client accounts through proactive outreach and relationship rebuilding.
- Serve as the single point of contact for your assigned client portfolio from initial conversation to delivery.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices for your accounts.
- Understand event details, timelines, budgets, quantities, audiences, and purposes before proceeding.
- Communicate internal production updates proactively and clearly to clients.
- Grow account revenue through repeat orders, upselling, and seasonal outreach.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up persistently.
- Maintain your pipeline in our CRM daily and submit a weekly deal report to the founder.
- Assist the founder on high-value pitches and client presentations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
