
The Senior Associate - Corporate Secretarial is responsible for providing comprehensive legal solutions and advice to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize legal risks. This role involves advising on corporate governance and regulatory matters while facilitating effective decision-making and transparency.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include managing client portfolios and preparing statutory returns within a collaborative work environment. You will work closely with global teams to ensure adherence to legal standards and build meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Preferably holds an ICSA qualification or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in company secretarial practice.
High degree of professionalism and integrity.
Excellent command of both oral and written English.
Ability to guide, mentor, and coach junior team members.
Willingness to visit clients for advice and work.
Strong communication skills with various management levels.
