
The Senior Associate - Risk Performance, Governance and Controls (RPGC) is responsible for providing expert advice on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues. This role involves engaging with clients and teams to enhance governance, risk, and compliance in a complex business environment.
As a Senior Associate, you will support engagement teams and clients by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues. Your role includes conducting workshops to understand client processes, developing user requirement documents, and configuring GRC systems. You will also assist in project management, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables while managing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Accounting or Business Information Systems
ACCA/ACA/CPA Australia or equivalent preferred
2-5 years of relevant working experience
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management methodologies
Proficient in creating detailed documentation
Ability to engage stakeholders effectively
