You will analyse client needs and develop strategies to optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. Your role will involve developing reward strategies linked to business objectives, assisting in executive remuneration strategies, and providing compensation and benefits solutions. You will also review and design short and long-term incentives, using data-driven solutions for total reward optimisation.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in human capital domain of reward, performance, and executive reward
Degree in actuarial science or equivalent
Proven analytical experience with strong numerical and Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and sustain client relationships
Ability to work independently and lead projects
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in managing teams and delivering projects on time
