Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you will engage in day-to-day compliance activities, identifying regulatory risks and maintaining compliance registers. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and preparing internal reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support compliance functions within HR software operations.
- Identify and assess regulatory risks.
- Maintain and update compliance registers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret compliance requirements.
- Prepare documentation related to compliance issues.
- Monitor compliance issues and report findings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business, Risk Management, Accounting, or related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in compliance, legal support, or risk management.
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate compliance requirements clearly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with risk or compliance tools is an advantage.
Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks is preferred.
