As a Senior Associate in Risk, Legal and Compliance, you will support and oversee compliance functions within our HR software operations. Your role will involve identifying regulatory risks, maintaining compliance registers, and assessing internal controls. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to interpret compliance requirements and prepare documentation. Additionally, you will monitor compliance issues, prepare internal reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure adherence to legal standards and enhance operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business, Risk Management, Accounting, or related discipline
2–4 years of experience in compliance, legal support, or risk management
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Ability to communicate compliance requirements clearly
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with risk or compliance tools is an advantage
Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks is preferred
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
