Job Requirements
Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation within the banking or financial services industry.
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge traditional practices and drive innovation.
