Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve collaboration with Customer Success Engineers and Account Executives to enhance customer experiences. You will lead readiness checks, data modeling, and risk conversations while monitoring telemetry to ensure optimal data resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers and Account Executives to drive customer outcomes.
- Lead readiness checks and data modeling initiatives.
- Conduct risk conversations with CISO/CIO stakeholders.
- Monitor telemetry against the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model.
- Identify expansion opportunities within customer accounts.
- Optimize customer posture through effective communication and technical guidance.
- Ensure alignment of security-related products with customer needs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with Veeam products and solutions.
Strong understanding of data resilience and security practices.
