Job Description

In this role, the Senior Executive will engage in daily activities that involve collaboration with various business units to enhance the BCM framework. The work environment is dynamic, requiring proactive communication and strategic planning to support crisis management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
  • Identify BCM requirements across the organization.
  • Coordinate with business units to implement continuity plans.
  • Support crisis management efforts during incidents.
  • Conduct BCM training sessions to raise awareness.
  • Monitor and review BCM processes for effectiveness.
  • Facilitate Business Impact Analysis to assess risks.

Job Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s Degree

Professional certification in Enterprise Risk Management or Business Continuity Management is an advantage

Strong communication skills

Familiarity with Business Impact Analysis
