The Business Development Executive will manage and achieve sales targets while maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers through various communication channels. The role involves visiting potential clients to identify new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and analyzing market trends to implement growth strategies. Additionally, the executive will promote and sell laboratory services, provide accurate quotations, and ensure revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in Science or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
At least 2 years of working experience in sales or marketing in a related industry.
A team player with strong planning, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, dynamic, persistent, results-driven, and confident.
Must be resourceful and able to work independently.
Proficient in telemarketing and sales skills.
