The Business Development Executive will engage in daily interactions with clients and potential customers, focusing on understanding their needs and promoting laboratory services. The role requires proactive outreach and strategic analysis to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through various communication channels.
- Visit potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and market trends to implement effective growth strategies.
- Promote and sell laboratory services to enhance customer engagement.
- Provide accurate quotations to clients to facilitate sales processes.

Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in sales or marketing in a related industry.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
A team player with strong planning, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, dynamic, persistent, results-driven, and confident.
Must be resourceful and able to work independently.
