The Senior Executive, Performance and HR Governance will oversee the performance management system, ensuring its design, implementation, and enhancement. Responsibilities include developing performance frameworks, collaborating with HR and IT for system optimization, and providing training on performance management best practices. The role also involves analyzing performance data, facilitating goal-setting processes, and ensuring compliance with HR governance standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in performance management, HR, or a related field.
Proven ability to design, implement, and manage OKR/KPI frameworks.
Strong knowledge of HR policy governance and statutory compliance.
Proficient in performance management tools and analytics dashboards.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience navigating change management and supporting performance culture transformations.
Familiar with local employment laws.
