In this role, the Senior Executive will engage in daily tasks that involve monitoring tenancy agreements, preparing performance analyses, and managing correspondence related to renewal negotiations. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor renewal timelines for tenancy agreements.
  • Prepare performance analyses related to property management.
  • Manage correspondences regarding renewal negotiations.
  • Liaise with legal teams for the preparation of agreements.
  • Ensure timely rental payments are processed.
  • Update and maintain property files accurately.
  • Conduct land title searches as required.
  • Support operational matters involving landlords.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management or related field.

At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.

Specialization in Property/Real Estate, Contract Management, or Leasing.

Ability to read and analyze agreement terms.

Familiarity with Landlord & Tenant’s law.

Understanding of National Land Code & Land rules in Malaysia.
