The Senior / Executive Sales position at Trinity Group Sdn Bhd involves conducting professional sales activities according to marketing strategies. The role includes performing sales at the sales gallery, road shows, events, and through phone calls, as well as providing after-sales service to customers. This full-time position is based in Taman Bukit Serdang, Selangor, within the New Business Development division, focusing on driving sales growth and expanding the client base.
Job Requirements
Proven track record in closing property deals, strong understanding of property market trends, familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements, presentation and storytelling ability to pitch properties effectively.
To commit work during weekends and Public Holidays (Grab Sales).
Possess good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
Good understanding of the property market, buyers’ needs, and financing processes.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
Possession of own transport.
Location at Serdang, Selangor (Trinity Nordic) at Seri Kembangan.
New prospect project location: Petaling Jaya, Subang, Ampang, and more.
