The Senior Executive will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing tenders, monitoring project costs, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support tender management processes.
- Control project costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Track tender schedules and monitor project progress.
- Manage contracts and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Analyze market prices for construction works and materials.
Job Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology
3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of market prices for construction works/materials
Familiarity with QESH Management and safety practices
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Malay
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
