Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily performance monitoring and reporting activities, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on improving logistics and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transporter performance metrics to ensure compliance with standards.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop operational dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy within systems to support decision-making.
- Analyze logistics costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Validate invoices against agreements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage relationships effectively.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain analytics
Strong analytical and financial skills
Experience with TMS, WMS, and ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail in data validation
