
The Senior Executive, Vendor Management is responsible for overseeing vendor management functions to ensure operational efficiency and service quality in vendor engagements. This role plays a critical part in coordinating vendor activities and monitoring performance, particularly in the context of vehicle inspections.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day vendor management activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with both vendors and internal teams to maintain high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Previous experience in vendor or operations management.
Familiarity with automotive or inspection vendors is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including standby or shifts.
Experience in documentation and reporting.
