Job Description

In this role, you will oversee vendor management functions, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality in vendor engagements, particularly for vehicle inspections. Responsibilities include coordinating vendor activities, monitoring performance, and acting as a liaison between vendors and internal teams. You will also assist with logistics, documentation, and reporting, while being available for shift work as needed. Experience with inspection vendors like Puspakom is advantageous.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Previous experience in vendor or operations management.

Familiarity with automotive or inspection vendors is a plus.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including standby or shifts.

Experience in documentation and reporting.
