Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day vendor management activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with both vendors and internal teams to maintain high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor management functions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate vendor activities related to vehicle inspections.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams.
- Assist with logistics and documentation processes.
- Prepare and maintain reporting on vendor activities.
- Be available for shift work and standby as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Previous experience in vendor or operations management.
Familiarity with automotive or inspection vendors is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including standby or shifts.
Experience in documentation and reporting.
