Job Description
The Senior Executive will administer the entire KPJ Group server infrastructure, providing Level 2 support for hospitals and participating in a 24x7 on-call support team. Responsibilities include managing disaster recovery processes, vendor management, and creating technical documentation. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and supporting IT transformation initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
5+ years of relevant experience in server infrastructure management
In-depth understanding of server architecture and design
Experience in disaster recovery processes
Hands-on experience with cloud operations
Ability to manage and support Citrix applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies
