Role Summary
The Senior Executive, (VM & VDA) is responsible for administering the entire KPJ Group server infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in providing Level 2 support for hospitals and ensuring the reliability of IT services through effective disaster recovery and vendor management.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily management of server infrastructure, providing essential support to various hospitals within the KPJ Group. You will also participate in a 24x7 on-call support team, ensuring that IT services are maintained at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the KPJ Group server infrastructure.
- Provide Level 2 support for hospitals.
- Manage disaster recovery processes effectively.
- Oversee vendor management and relationships.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills.
- Support IT transformation initiatives across the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
5+ years of relevant experience in server infrastructure management.
In-depth understanding of server architecture and design.
Experience in disaster recovery processes.
Hands-on experience with cloud operations.
Ability to manage and support Citrix applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
