Role Summary

The role is for a Senior Executive in Wealth Management Operations responsible for managing investment transactions and ensuring smooth operational processes. The position involves working with various teams and handling tasks related to Unit Trust, Treasury Products, and Trustee operations while supporting system enhancements and compliance requirements.

Job Description

The role involves participating in all WMO related projects and system enhancements. The responsibilities include maintaining and validating system and fund setup, daily checking on settlement accounts, handling branches' Unit Trust transactions to meet internal cut-off times, and managing daily Unit Trust, Treasury Products, and Trustee operations. This includes redemption payment, subscription settlement, collection account reconciliation, daily debit and credit transactions, and other operational matters such as external transfers, dividend processing, fund repricing, fund price updates, unit allocation, and switching confirmation. The role also entails performing monthly reconciliations for Unit Trust trailer fees, unit holdings for all fund houses, and Treasury Products Retail Bonds, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of reports, complying with audits and regulatory directives, and achieving at least a satisfactory rating in internal and external audits.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Degree and 3 year working experience in the related field.

Relevant knowledge on Unit Trust and Treasury Products.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, initiative and flexibility to change.

Able to work across business and support groups.

Able to meet tight deadline.
