The Senior Executive, Wealth Management Operations is responsible for overseeing various operational aspects within the Wealth Management Operations department. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of Unit Trust and Treasury Products transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily operations related to Wealth Management, focusing on system enhancements and project participation. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and collaboration across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all WMO related projects and system enhancements.
- Maintain and validate system and fund setup.
- Conduct daily checks on settlement accounts.
- Handle branches' Unit Trust transactions to meet internal cut-off times.
- Manage daily Unit Trust, Treasury Products, and Trustee operations.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for Unit Trust trailer fees and unit holdings.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports, complying with audits and regulatory directives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Wealth Management or related fields.
Relevant knowledge of Unit Trust and Treasury Products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
Ability to work collaboratively across business and support groups.
Capacity to meet tight deadlines.
