Role Summary
The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for preparing monthly management reports and conducting financial analysis. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the financial health of the organization through accurate accounting and compliance with statutory requirements.
Job Description
As a Senior Finance Executive, you will engage in daily accounting tasks and manage full sets of accounts in a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with auditors and tax agents while ensuring timely month-end closing and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as payments and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents for compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation for all accounting entries.
- Undertake various ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA) in accountancy, finance or equivalent qualifications.
Prefer candidate with two (2) years working experience, however, fresh graduates with the right working attitudes are encouraged to apply.
Candidate with audit experience will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge in accounting and Microsoft Excel.
Willing to learn attitude and good communication skills.
