The Training Executive will plan and execute training programs that align with business needs, conduct onboarding and coaching sessions, and develop training materials. This role involves monitoring training effectiveness, maintaining records, and collaborating with stakeholders to support employee development and ensure compliance with company standards.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Talent Development.
Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated.
