
The Senior HR Executive - People Technology & Transformation is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing operations of Workday across key HR modules. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy and system stability for payroll processing and HR operations.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve data conversion, system testing, and integration of HR master data. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth post-go-live operations and support the HR function effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, or People Technology roles.
Hands-on exposure to Workday implementation and post-go-live support, especially Core HCM.
Experience supporting HR-to-payroll integration, preferably with SAP ECC6.
Good understanding of Workday data structures across multiple modules.
Detail-oriented and structured with strong problem-solving skills.
