Role Summary

The Senior HR Executive - People Technology & Transformation is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing operations of Workday across key HR modules. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy and system stability for payroll processing and HR operations.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve data conversion, system testing, and integration of HR master data. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth post-go-live operations and support the HR function effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and integration of Workday across key HR modules.
  • Conduct data conversion and system testing to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage HR master data integration from Workday to SAP ECC6 for payroll processing.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system stability post-go-live.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
  • Provide ongoing support for Workday functionalities.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for end-users.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, or People Technology roles.

Hands-on exposure to Workday implementation and post-go-live support, especially Core HCM.

Experience supporting HR-to-payroll integration, preferably with SAP ECC6.

Good understanding of Workday data structures across multiple modules.

Detail-oriented and structured with strong problem-solving skills.
