Senior IT Engineer – Genting Malaysia Berhad

The Senior IT Engineer - Microsoft Technologies is responsible for the effective operations and administration of servers in a medium to large Windows environment. This role involves handling complex Windows issues and providing high-standard technical support to end-users while ensuring the security and integrity of the server environment.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day support of the server environment independently and be part of a team that leads system implementation for production, testing, and development, as well as disaster recovery. You will also perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows servers in a medium to large environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows issues effectively.
• Provide technical support to end-users and ensure high service standards.
