
The Senior IT Engineer - Technical Support is responsible for providing advanced onsite and remote support to all Genting employees and stakeholders. This role ensures seamless IT service delivery across various locations, acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, ensuring that all IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with various business units and VIP stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance the overall support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3–5 years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in Level 2 or senior support roles.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
