Job Description

As a Senior Manager in PwC Malaysia's Capital Projects & Infrastructure team, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include managing complex stakeholder discussions and contributing to business development efforts. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate multifaceted project landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
  • Lead teams in delivering financial and strategic advisory services.
  • Contribute to business development efforts to expand service offerings.
  • Ensure deliverables meet firm policies and risk management requirements.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder discussions to mediate conflicts.
  • Provide innovative deal solutions across various sectors, including aviation, transport, and real estate.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills.

Job Requirements

At least 8-10 years of experience in accounting, project management, or corporate strategy.

Excellent command of English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage stakeholder interests.

Solid technical abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

Strong business and client relationship network.

Aptitude for business development efforts.

Ability to present to various stakeholders at all levels.
