
The Senior Manager - Methodology is responsible for enhancing audit quality within the Assurance Methodology team. This role involves a combination of conducting reviews, developing training, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
In this position, the Senior Manager will engage in day-to-day activities that include reviewing audit engagements and developing methodologies to improve audit quality. The work environment is collaborative, requiring interaction with engagement teams and practice representatives to address industry-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in Assurance practice.
Degree in any discipline or professional accounting qualification.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Technology savvy.
Proven high performance track record.
Ability to work with people at all levels.
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills.
