In this position, the Senior Manager will engage in day-to-day activities that include reviewing audit engagements and developing methodologies to improve audit quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hot and cold reviews of audit engagements.
- Develop training materials for engagement teams.
- Provide coaching and support to audit teams.
- Streamline audit methodologies for efficiency.
- Address methodology-related inquiries from teams.
- Collaborate with practice representatives to meet specific industry needs.
- Support global methodology initiatives and compliance with auditing standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in Assurance practice.
Degree in any discipline or professional accounting qualification.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Technology savvy.
Proven high performance track record.
Ability to work with people at all levels.
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills.
