Job Description
The Senior MIS Executive – Software Application Support & Management is responsible for providing first-level and second-level support for enterprise applications including SAP Business One, WMS, and in-house HRMS. The role includes managing issues and change requests, customizing reports using Crystal Reporting and BI360 Reporting tools, managing SQL queries and data integration, conducting user system training, participating in system evaluation and testing, as well as documenting functional and technical specifications and user training materials.
Job Requirements
A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Studies, or equivalent.
2-3 years of working experience in SAP Business One functional support.
Good working knowledge of SAP Business One versions 9.2 and 9.3.
Good working knowledge of Crystal Reporting and BI360 Reporting.
Good knowledge of accounting concepts.
Good knowledge of PHP, MS SQL Server, and MySQL Server.
