Role Summary
The Senior MIS Executive – Software Application Support & Management is responsible for providing essential support for enterprise applications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation and management of software applications within the organization.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day support activities for various enterprise applications, ensuring that users receive the assistance they need. You will work in a collaborative environment, interacting with different teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level and second-level support for enterprise applications including SAP Business One, WMS, and in-house HRMS.
- Manage issues and change requests related to software applications.
- Customize reports using Crystal Reporting and BI360 Reporting tools.
- Manage SQL queries and facilitate data integration.
- Conduct user system training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Participate in system evaluation and testing to ensure functionality.
- Document functional and technical specifications as well as user training materials.
Job Requirements
A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Studies, or equivalent.
2-3 years of working experience in SAP Business One functional support.
Good working knowledge of SAP Business One versions 9.2 and 9.3.
Good working knowledge of Crystal Reporting and BI360 Reporting.
Good knowledge of accounting concepts.
Good knowledge of PHP, MS SQL Server, and MySQL Server.
