Role Summary
The Senior Postpaid Product Management is responsible for ideating products, services, offers, and solutions to meet market demands and customer expectations. This role significantly impacts the Postpaid Products team by driving profitability, innovation, and enhancing customer experience through collaboration with various teams.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily analysis of market data and competitor movements to identify opportunities for product development. You will work closely with the Postpaid Products team to create compelling business cases and enhance SIM-only Postpaid plans and device bundles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify market opportunities.
- Assess market and competitor movements.
- Prepare business cases for new products and services.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to drive innovation.
- Focus on profitability of SIM-only Postpaid plans.
- Enhance customer experience through product offerings.
- Manage the development of device bundles.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or any related field.
6-10 years relevant experience in product marketing.
Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing or commercially oriented function.
Strong interpersonal skills with drive and persistence to deliver.
Experience with billing systems.
Project management or marketing communications is advantageous.
