The Senior Project Executive (IT) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring successful project execution for internal digital systems by managing timelines, deliverables, and risks.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day project management activities, collaborating with users, vendors, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper documentation and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to mitigate risks.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project delivery for internal digital systems.
- Collaborate with users and vendors to facilitate successful project execution.
- Track project progress and report on status to management.
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and issue tracking as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in project coordination, project management, or system implementation.
Experience in internal business system projects or regulated environments is an advantage.
Familiarity with digital systems such as web-based applications, MES, WMS, ERP, or quality systems is preferred.
Understanding of project lifecycle and documentation control.
Basic understanding of system testing, UAT, issue tracking, and change control.
