
The Senior Relationship Manager, Family Office is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Ultra High Net Worth clients. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets while delivering customized financial and investment solutions to meet complex client needs.
In this role, you will engage with clients daily, providing personalized service and financial advice in a dynamic banking environment. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 5–7 years of experience in a Private Banker or Relationship Manager role.
Relevant experience in Private Wealth and Family Office environments.
Well-connected within the UHNW segment.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
Strong people management capabilities.
Proven sales acumen with strong client service orientation.
