
The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients. This role significantly impacts the profitability of the Corporate Banking division by delivering tailored banking solutions and strengthening client relationships.
In this role, you will engage with corporate clients daily, driving lending and deposit growth while ensuring high-quality credit assessments. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated solutions and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management.
Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a demanding portfolio.
Results-oriented with strong sales acumen.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
