
The Senior Relationship Manager will focus on acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial needs are met through tailored banking solutions. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of financial products to provide exceptional client service.
Proactively acquire, develop, and retain a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth individual clients, focusing on building long-term relationships. Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment objectives. Develop and present comprehensive financial plans and solutions, encompassing a wide range of Premier Banking products and services. Monitor market trends and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in relationship management within the Premier Banking sector.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Relevant industry certifications are highly advantageous.
